9 years ago today was a very happy day in the Smithie home. Phoebe Joanna was born!!!!AKA Kitten, she has been a delightful "friend" to have around our home.I wish you all could join us for dinner. The menu is: Scalloped potatoes with ground beef added to them, corn, and a tossed salad. For dessert, Phoebe will have an Italian Cream Cake and we are trying our hand at Lemon Sherbet and Maple Pecan Ice Cream.
